This Refund Policy governs all consulting services provided by VoidFlux ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing or engaging our services, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Services

VoidFlux provides professional IT consulting services specializing in fraud prevention, risk management, internal controls assessments, governance advisory, operational risk consulting, and strategic business consulting.

Our services consist primarily of professional expertise, analysis, recommendations, assessments, consultations, reports, and advisory work. Because these services involve intellectual effort, professional judgment, and time-based engagement, refunds are subject to the terms described in this Policy.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced:

  • Fraud prevention consulting

  • Fraud risk assessments

  • Risk management consulting

  • Internal controls reviews

  • Governance and compliance advisory

  • Business process evaluations

  • Strategic consulting services

  • Executive advisory sessions

  • Risk analysis reports

  • Consulting workshops

  • Research and assessment activities

  • Customized consulting deliverables

  • Recommendations and advisory reports

  • Operational risk evaluations

  • Project planning and consulting engagements

Once resources have been assigned and consulting activities have begun, the Company incurs professional, administrative, and operational expenses that cannot be recovered.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered under the following circumstances.

3.1 Duplicate Payment

If a client accidentally submits multiple payments for the same invoice or service, the duplicate payment may be refunded after verification.

3.2 Services Not Yet Started

If consulting services have not yet begun and no resources have been allocated, a client may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of payment.

3.3 Inability to Perform Services

If VoidFlux determines that it is unable to provide the agreed consulting services due to operational limitations or other circumstances, a full or partial refund may be issued at the Company's sole discretion.

4. Partial Refunds

Where work has already commenced, VoidFlux may issue a partial refund based upon:

  • Time invested

  • Consulting sessions completed

  • Research performed

  • Resources allocated

  • Deliverables prepared

  • Administrative costs incurred

  • Third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client

The Company reserves the right to retain payment for all services performed prior to the refund request.

5. Consulting Engagements and Deliverables

Consulting recommendations, assessments, reports, analyses, presentations, and advisory deliverables are considered completed services once delivered to the client.

Completed consulting work is non-refundable.

The Company is compensated for professional expertise, analysis, and time invested regardless of whether a client chooses to implement the recommendations provided.

6. Scheduled Consultations

Clients may request to reschedule consultations with reasonable notice.

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in the session being considered completed and non-refundable.

Repeated cancellations or rescheduling requests may be subject to additional restrictions at the Company's discretion.

Refunds will not be provided for delays or interruptions resulting from:

  • Delayed responses from the client

  • Failure to attend meetings

  • Delayed approvals or feedback
